Software Engineer

About this role

We're looking for a Software Engineer who cares about building products that work for real users. You'll work across the stack on features that matter to club operations directors and their teams. Clean code, thoughtful architecture, and shipping with confidence matter to us.

What you will do

• •Design and build features across our tech stack (TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL)
• •Collaborate with the founding team and early customers to ship features that genuinely solve problems
• •Write tests, maintain documentation, and keep the codebase clean and scalable
• •Participate in code reviews and help raise the bar on code quality across the team
• •Help troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance as we scale

What we're looking for

• •3+ years of professional software development experience
• •Proficiency in TypeScript and React (or willingness to learn quickly)
• •Experience building web applications that handle real complexity
• •Strong fundamentals in databases, APIs, and system design
• •Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
• •Genuine care about shipping reliable, maintainable code
