- Can I switch plans?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing month.
- Is Free really free forever?
- Yes. No trial period, no expiry. The Free plan is a real plan, not a 14-day window.
- What counts as a transaction?
- Agora's rate applies to payments processed through the platform: dues payments, concessions account top-ups, event registration fees, and facility booking fees. Standard Stripe processing fees apply on top for all plans.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your data is yours. Export your member list, dues history, and all records at any time. We don't hold data hostage.
- Does Agora store my members' payment information?
- No. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Agora never stores card numbers or payment credentials.
- Is onboarding included?
